Martin Systems, Inc. is a Wisconsin based systems integrator and alarm company specializing in integrated security, fire protection, and home automation solutions that are cost effective and protect your greatest assets. Now in its second generation and has grown to become one of the largest independent security alarm companies in Wisconsin with over 5,000 home security and business alarm customers. Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a Human Resources Manager to our team.
What you will do
Candidate will be responsible to assist in all normal HR functions of the company. The HR Manager will be responsible for (but not limited to) Recruiting and Onboarding of new employees, Employee Relations, Compliance, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment Insurance, Benefits administration and maintain HRIS systems, deadlines and upholding all policies and procedures. This candidate will also process payroll bi-weekly. You will also be assisting the managers and other employees in performance, disciplinary scenarios, and training opportunities. Other responsibilities will include conducting internal personal audits and planning company outings and events.
What you need to have
For this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years recent and related HR work experience. Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred or the equivalent coursework and work experience. Additional requirements include having experience working in an office environment, proven skills with Microsoft Suite, HRIS systems. We will also require this person is able to proactively find solutions and uphold the highest level of integrity and confidentially throughout their role with the organization.
