Diane Biersteker

Diane Biersteker serves as Owner/President of Human Resources Consulting. She has over 35 years of strategic and tactical experience serving as a Chief HR Officer in growing companies. Along the way she eagerly accepted the challenge of starting two Human Resource departments from scratch. Diane utilizes that depth of experience to provide HR Consulting clients access to a strong business mind first and then second, serves as the critical and trusted HR partner needed for success. Diane’s expertise in Strategic and Tactical HR support provides “turn-key” service in all aspects of Human Resources. HR Compliance Audits, Policy and Procedure, Recruiting and Hiring Practices, Personnel Development, Retention Approaches, Legal Compliance Issues, Managerial Support, Labor Relations, Executive Coaching & Guidance, as well as significant experience with Mergers & Acquisitions rounds out the wide array of ways Diane can contribute.

Diane previously served as Chief Administrative Officer for a top printing, packaging and promotional manufacturer, originally joining the company as a consultant, and creating its first Human Resources Department. She grew Human Resources to a team of 25+ HR professionals across the United States and Mexico to include 18 plants and 1900 employees. Working with the Executive team as a trusted colleague, a contemporary Human Resource organization was formed, serving as a true “strategic partner” with the Operations team of the corporation. She also held acquisition responsibility for due diligence through transition to full integration into the corporation for over 17 successful acquisitions and mergers.

In prior roles, Diane held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for a recreational boat manufacturer, initially hired as the first Human Resource professional to build an HR team servicing the corporate office, and three manufacturing plants.

Diane also served as Personnel Manager for a heavy construction equipment company with responsibilities to include all Human Resource functions and labor relations.

Diane graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science and a dual major in Psychology and Social Work. She has attended post-graduate classes, and Executive Training programs relating to Employment Law, Compliance, Strategic Planning, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Diane is a National member of SHRM, previously served on the Board of Harbor Credit Union, and actively supports several local charities.

Diane Haase

Diane Haase joined Human Resources Consulting in 2017 as Senior Human Resources Consultant. A Human Resource professional with more than 30 years of generalist experience working in both union and non-union environments as well as for profit and not-for-profit organizations. As a generalist, duties included day-to-day human resources activities as well as special projects. Duties often included developing curriculum and conducting training for employees and managerial staff on a variety of Human Resources topics as well as other areas of business.

Diane graduated from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, WI with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Diane previously served as Director, Human Resources for a Fortune 300 company manufacturer of specialty vehicles, as well as not-for-profit social service agency providing counseling and other services for the elderly, having developed the agency’s first HR department.

Anne Wettstein

Anne Wettstein joined Human Resources Consulting in 2012 as a Human Resources Consultant and has developed into a broad-based Senior HR Consultant and Partner with 10 plus years’ experience and is well versed in all facets of Human Resources. She is frequently used as interim HR support for our clients. Skilled in Leadership Training, Compensation plans, Performance Management, Multi-level Recruiting, Employee relations and mediation, and Strategical support to Owners/Executives. General knowledge of Employment and Labor Law applicable for private industry. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, QuickBooks Certified and HRIS Systems.

In her prior full-time positions, Anne focused on recruitment management for a technical service company, planned Job Fairs, utilized HRIS systems, HR Filing/I9 Audits, and Payroll/Benefits Administration. She also worked for a commercial contracting company in payroll and as project expediter and project support and has helped her be successful in having a well-rounded Business Acumen for our clients organizational needs.

Nick Erler

Nick Erler joined the growing firm in 2013 as Human Resources Consultant with a focus on our manufacturing clients. Very quickly he was performing at a high level and contributed greatly to the addition of several significant clients. As a result Nick was promoted to Sr. HR Consultant. He was awarded partner status for his contributions and accomplishments in the family business started by his mother, Diane Biersteker. Nick has over 13 years of progressive HR management experience across all traditional HR functions. He has worked extensively in business support functions to include Auditing, Recruitment, Job Descriptions, Employee Manuals, Pre-
Screening, Offer Letters, Background/Reference Checks, On-Boarding, Benefits Administration and Implementation of HR Processes and Procedures. Nick’s broad knowledge allows him to assist clients, both on-site and remotely, in the area of Ad Hoc HR management and Employee Relations. He has completed many successful interim assignments as HR Manager for a wide variety of clients across Northeast WI.

Nick graduated from UW-Oshkosh with high honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration – Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Human Resources Consulting LLC, Nick was an Account Manager and Senior Recruiter for a staffing company His focus was sales and account management, full-service HR support to the staff and clients, use of HRIS systems to document and track new and existing applicants, and career counseling. He gained his initial exposure to HR while working part time as an HR intern and Generalist while attending college.

Amy Beaman

Amy Beaman, Senior HR Consultant has rejoined our team on August 5, 2019. Many of you will remember Amy from her time with us in 2015 and 2016. Amy has over twenty years’ experience in a variety of work environments including Manufacturing, Education, and Healthcare. Union and non-union labor relations in manufacturing and professional environments. Amy focused on providing leadership, coordinating and participating in all human resource functions, strategies, and programs.

She also served as Adjunct Instructor for an area technical college. In this capacity, Amy designed and developed course curriculum for various HR college courses including Recruitment and Retention, Labor Relations, HR Record Keeping, Benefits Administration, as well as teaching evening Human Resource courses for adult learners. Her broad range of technical HR knowledge and experience helps clients implement customized HR initiatives that achieve their specific business objectives.

Carsin Boeck

Carsin Boeck joined Human Resources Consulting in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant. Since starting Carsin has moved from Administrative Assistant to HR Assistant to her current role, HR Consultant. She has worked closely with our other HR Consultants assisting them with all recruiting aspects such as hourly and technical Recruitment, Job Descriptions, Employee Manuals, Pre-Screening, Offer Letters, Background/Reference Checks, On-Boarding, and Implementation of HR Processes & Procedures. Carsin’s work flexibility allows her to assist clients, both on-site and remotely.

Prior positions for Carsin included roles closely related to customer service, problem solving, data entry and document compliance.

Samantha Pedersen

Samantha Pedersen joined Human Resources Consulting in 2018 as a Human Resources Assistant and has moved her way up to a Human Resources Consultant role providing Interm HR support to clients of her own. Samantha is well versed in benefits enrollment/management, tracking of new employees and the implementation of HR processes and procedures. Samantha is responsible for variety of Ad Hoc HR support functions to include hourly and technical Recruitment, Job Descriptions and Ads, Employee Manuals, Pre-Screening, Offer Letters, Background/Reference Checks, On-Boarding and Off-Boarding, and CDL compliance. She is proficient in all Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.

Samm Graduated from UW-Green Bay with highest honors with a Bachelor of Business Administration-Human Resources Management.
