We are looking to add a 1st shift Electro-Mechanical Assembler to our team! We provide a casual and flexible working environment and a great opportunity to get on board with a growing company.


Job Responsibilities

This position is responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, wire diagrams and vendor specifications to assemble electrical, electronic systems and support structures along with installing component, units, and subassemblies. You will label, wire, and connect tie-off boxes and control panel components from basic wiring diagrams while checking for proper coding. This candidate will be responsible for mechanical assembly operations to precise tolerances; position and align parts using fixtures, jigs and templates which includes working with rotating shafts, gear trains, mechanical structures, and sprockets. Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detecting defective material, unusual conditions, or operating difficulties.



The ideal candidate for this position will have a Technical or Associates degree in electro-mechanical technology or an equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. This person will have familiarity with pneumatics. Other qualifications include understanding of BOM, and parts required to rebuild equipment sub-assemblies. Along with troubleshooting capabilities. This person must be able to successfully perform in both a team environment and individually and have a strong mechanical aptitude as well as proficient math skills, specifically fraction and decimal conversion.
