Customer Service Manager

Employee will be the main connection between customers, sales, and manufacturing for shipments for the company. The oversite of the customer service team will be essential in the areas of Receiving, Inventory, scheduling to ensure a smooth transition with invoicing/accounting and our manufacturing environment.

  • Responsibility to lead customer service team for all customer issues and company processes
  • Collaborate with sales, production and other internal departments
  • Manage pricing for freight, deviations, specialty costing
  • Coordinate internally with supply chain to ensure transport is secured
  • New account and payment set up for new customers or vendors
  • Relationship building and maintenance of customer base
  • Help with efficiencies, process and procedure for customer service department
  • Help to drive positivity for our customers and internal staff members throughout their team
  • Responsible for quality, consistency and accuracy in orders, pricing and other customer related items for the company.
